Parent Therapy:
Parenthood can be a wonderful journey, although it is rarely free from challenges. There are life circumstances, developmental changes, life stressors…and sometimes everything happens at once. Parent therapy provides the space to explore your parenting values, understand your child and their experience and ultimately help you make positive change.
New Parent Support:
No matter your life circumstance, welcoming a baby is always an adjustment. Many new parents find themselves struggling with not only the shift in their day-to-day lives, but with their sense of self, relationships and worldview. The pressures of parenthood can lead to feelings of isolation, uncertainty, anxiety, and depression. Therapy offers new parents an outlet to explore these changes and concerns and an opportunity to develop strategies to manage the challenges ahead.
