New Parent Support:
No matter your life circumstances, welcoming a baby is always an adjustment. Many new parents struggle with not only the shift in their day-to-day lives but their sense of self, relationships, and worldview. The pressures of parenthood can lead to feelings of isolation, uncertainty, anxiety, and depression. Therapy offers new parents an outlet to explore these changes and concerns and an opportunity to develop strategies to manage the challenges ahead.
