Blair Schwarz

All of Blair Schwarz’s clinical services are currently supervised by Cristina Magrina, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.

Blair is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. She has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (University of Toronto). She has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, and executive dysfunction.

Blair works with children, adolescents, and adults to determine their strengths and weaknesses through mental health assessments within a clinical team. She also helps them find a way forward with therapy and other supports. She uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach and incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness to help her clients make meaningful change and achieve their full potential. Blair has a special interest in working with parents, particularly new parents, as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood.
